StarLaw offers world-class customer service, whether it's through our customer support telephone line or through an on-site presence. StarLaw clients may request support directly from StarLaw regardless of whether you purchased our technology directly from StarLaw or from one of our resellers. For mission-critical installations, we offer premium expedited response time and after-hours support. However, even with our basic support contract, customers should expect same-day acknowledgement of their request and hopefully a clear, focused, helpful—and speedy—answer. Each of our support specialists is cross-trained on multiple aspects of the StarLaw system so you can receive the right help on the first try.
